Our Purpose
Our founder, Shaun Williams, believed health insurance could protect people, but with growing restrictions and limits on access he believed a new approach was needed which is why he created Lime Health.
Lime Health exists to make better health possible at population scale, and to
make it measurable.
We started with one belief: healthcare should be fairer for the many. That mission now spans workforces, membership communities, and international partners, powered by the same core ecosystem.
Workforce health has become business-critical, but too often it’s treated as a benefit perk, measured with generic benchmarks, and funded without meaningful measurement and proof of delivery. Lime was built to change that.
Most employers don’t believe macro wellbeing ROI claims, they want evidence that’s
specific to their own workforce, measured over time.
We help organisations establish a baseline, understand what’s happening inside their workforce through anonymised data indicators, and connect insight to targeted support, so progress can be measured and evidenced.
